Runner-up in his last four starts (three for Sir Michael Stoute) and looked unforunate not to finish closer on stable debut/reappearance at Nottingham (1m, good) three weeks ago, being stuck behind horses just as the winner enjoyed a clear run down the outside; up in trip and this Derby/Dante entry seems sure to run another big race.

Both runs for Ralph Beckett in AW novices this year, showing promise on his Lingfield debut (1m2f) but ending up well beaten at Southwell (1m4f); picked up for 6,000gns in March and should have more options in handicaps after this.

210,000gns yearling; 16-1 when beaten out of sight on last month's Newbury debut (1m2f, good); will need to leave that effort a long way behind.
